ABOUT THE ROLE:
Igloo.co.uk Limited is an exciting new company specializing in the increasingly competitive field of remortgages and delivered by effective web and phone solutions. We are currently looking for the first directly employed brokers so you will need to be a motivated self starter happy to muck in and work as part of a small but growing team.
This role will involve dealing with customers by e-mail and telephone, so a confident friendly telephone manner is required.
You will be expected to provide honest, straightforward mortgage advice to our customers, ensuring all contact with Igloo.co.uk results in a positive experience for the customer.
You will be expected to demonstrate a professional manner at all times and be comfortable with modern automated mortgage search and processing systems.
You will need to demonstrate good organizational and administrative skills to ensure that mortgage enquiries and applications are followed through effectively.
You will handle your own portfolio of customers as well as supporting the companies overall performance.
